I did a bunch of drawings when I would make external and internal presentations working in research and communications at Solid State Community Industries, a non-profit that builds worker cooperatives and a larger solidarity economy in Surrey, BC. I’m still very much a part of that community and encourage you to check out the work that Solid State does in creating jobs that are both meaningful and economically viable for historically marginalized groups. Plus there is always delicious food.
